On Wednesday, Greta and I went walking around the city until reach Durbar Square, located in front of the old royal palace of the Kathmandu Kingdom. It belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The Durbar Square is surrounded with an spectacular architecture that shows the skills of the Newar artists and craftsmen over several centuries.
After taking several photos of this square, we went to the Thamel Market, located near this place. It was full of people walking down these streets. It was sooo sick! There wasn´t any space for us! We had fun there, it was really nice and surprising. We actually bought lots of things!
Next, what we do was to go to the hotel and we had lunch there. In the evening, we walked through the streets of Kathmandu. We loved that place!
After this tour round the city, we went to the Tribhuvan University of Nepal. It was quite nice!
As in Zanzibar, at 8pm we found an spa centre and we entered it. It was called Kathmandu Spa. We had a greatful, paceful and relax time there!
